Jennifer is responsible for ensuring our clients and their employees are well taken care of when it comes to enrollments, problem solving and back end processes. She is also very detailed oriented in the organizing of the office filing and the benchmarking procedures. Jennifer assists around the office when needed, and delights in extending her leadership skills by assisting her team mates on deadlines and high priority tasks. Jennifer provides high quality customer service and follows up on inquiries relating to claims and billing.
Jennifer spent 15 years at American Express working as an analysts in the Compliance department. Her main responsibility was reporting, analyzing and customer service. She has an extensive background with computer skills working in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. She also has a background working as a Customer Experience Manager with Michaels Arts & Crafts for 2 years.
