Scott is responsible for providing the vision and direction for the company. He is committed to fostering an outward mindset through an environment of listening, caring and enthusiastically fullfilling our customer’s needs. The Fringe Benefit Analysts team are some of the most knowledgeable, conscientious and passionate professionals in the benefit consulting industry. They take their accountability of providing world class customer service seriously and are responsible for the reputation and success of this organization.
In the nearly four three decades of serving others in the employee benefit business, Scott has a knowledge and passion for this business that is rarely surpassed. With his contagious excitement for this industry he promotes a culture of learning and sharing among the FBA team members. He is often asked to present on various subjects to community members and peers both locally and across the nation. His expertise is sought after and appreciated as he has served or currently sits on the advisory boards for all of the local medical insurers and numerous national carriers. He has been involved in several innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises in the benefits industry. All of these experiences, combined with his quest for learning and sharing have translated into providing unique and cutting edge solutions to employer’s workforce problems challenges.
