Jen Rippe

Director of Finance/Small Group Account Manager

Jen is responsible for all of the accounting at Fringe. She handles all of the bills and pays them timely and accurately. She processes all of the commissions and allocates commissions to the agents. She produces and balance sheet and financial statement monthly. Jen keeps track of all insurance licenses and renews them as needed. Jen also organizes carrier and client events and many other employee relations. Jen also was our first accountant to earn her insurance license and helps individuals on the Marketplace obtain insurance coverage.

Jen has worked in the Accounting Industry for the past 17 years with extensive training and experience in HR and payroll. Jen is the former controller and office manager of an large automotive group in Northern Utah. Jen has over 20 years management experience in the retail and automotive industries.
