Manages processing of client data to procure timely, accurate quotes from carrier underwriters. Britta uses her creative and technical skills to create and manage spreadsheets, client surveys and employee resource web portals. She also utilizes her strong social and problem solving skills to provide quick resolution of client service issues.

Has held positions in customer service and sales support since 2002 and has been in the insurance industry since 2006.
