Andrea is responsible for processing renewals, new enrollments and terminations and compiling various forms of information for clients.

She strives for accuracy and efficiency in everything she does and believes in providing high quality customer service.
Andrea enjoys supporting our team members, as well as our clients, in making sure each process is completed as smoothly as possible and will step in whenever she’s needed.

Previous Experience
Prior to joining FBA, Andrea managed a small medical billing company where she was in charge of the company financials, employee health benefits, personnel and company processes and procedures.
