On Friday, February 3, 2017, the Ogden-Weber Chamber of Commerce held it’s 100th Year Awards Dinner Gala. Fringe Benefit Analysts was one of three finalists for the 2017 “Small Business of the Year” based on criteria of business growth, involvement in the community and participation in the Ogden-Weber Chamber of Commerce.

It is exciting to report that FBA was selected as the winner of this prestigious award. Special thanks goes to: Heidi Flitton who is a member of the Chamber’s elite ambassadorial team The Spikers, the Women in Business Executive Committee, Business After Hours and Chamber networking groups, as well as the many hours she has spent with the Chamber; Keith Cordon who serves on a small business committee; Katie Carey who is involved in Women in Business and Business After Hours, and Mike Deru who spent two years crafting a Chamber Benefit Plan with dental, vision, medical and other benefit. Congratulations to everyone for their efforts in helping to bring recognition to their entire agency.

Official Announcement from the Ogden-Weber Chamber:

The Small Business of the Year Award is presented to a business with fewer than 100 employees, which has been established for at least four years and is actively engaged in the Chamber. Additionally, those nominated demonstrate innovative approaches to small business and provide exceptional products and services.

Founded in 1970, Fringe Benefit Analysts is an employee benefit advisory firm with six Utah locations serving clients locally and across the nation. For nearly five decades, FBA has had a culture of giving back to the community by taking active leadership roles in: Chamber committees; civic, school, scouting and industry organizations; foundation boards and many charitable community service groups. They are involved in the Chamber Women in Business, Spikers, Small Business Council and Business After Hours.
